Yes! Cottonvale Towns is a pet-friendly townhome community in Savannah, GA designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air. We allow up to two pets per home with a one-time fee of $350 for the first pet and an additional $100 for a second pet, plus $25 monthly pet rent.
Cottonvale Towns offers spacious 3-bedroom townhomes in Savanah, GA that are 1,344 square feet in size. Each home features an attached one-car garage for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include 9' ceilings, smart home package, and washer and dryer hook-ups.

To apply for a home, select your desired floor plan on our property website under the Floor Plans page and complete your application online. Once the application and required fees are submitted, the home will be taken off the market, and our team will keep you updated throughout the process, including next steps such as submitting proof of income and verifying your move-in date.
Applicants must provide a government-issued ID, proof of income, and complete a credit and background check. The income requirement is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Additional Fees and Payments
No. Utilities are not included, and RUBS billing applies.
Rent is due on the 1st and can be paid via Bilt on your resident portal. We offer flexible payments through programs like Flex.
Security deposit refunds are issued within 30 days.

We allow a maximum of two pets per home, with breed restrictions in place for Pit Bull–type breeds (including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), as well as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies.

Current Leases & Residency
A 60-day notice must be given prior to move-out. A pre-move-out inspection will be scheduled, and residents must return their keys and notify the office once they have vacated. A final inspection will be completed, and the final account statement will be provided within 7–10 business days.
Lease renewals can be completed by selecting the renewal offer in the resident portal. The lease will then be generated and uploaded for electronic signing.
No. Subleasing is not allowed.
A 60-day written notice is required. A buyout fee equal to two months’ rent applies, and any rent concessions will be billed back if applicable.
